Summer Salad

Ingredients
1/4 c. diced cucumber1/4 c. diced tomato1 thin slice onion, diced1 c. white rice2 tsp. Kraft 3 cheese blend
Directions
Chop and mix all vegetables in a bowl. Add cooked rice and mix. Sprinkle in cheese and mix. Serve and enjoy!
