Tofu Udon Stirfry

Ingredients
2 tsp sesame oil (or oil of your choice)1 garlic clove, chopped up3 mushrooms (or yknow, more)2.5 cups of broccoli, chopped200g tofu (approx a quarter or third of a block)200g udon noodles1 tsp soy sauce
Directions
Start by heating the oil in the pan and sauteeing the garlic, veggies and tofu. Stir it around on a high heat for a few minutes. Turn the heat down a touch and throw in the noodles. Stir it all up for a few more minutes then toss in the soy sauce. Give it a final mix and serve! Super easy!
