Apple Baked Oatmeal cups

Ingredients
2 cups gluten free rolled oats1/4 c brown sugar,packed1 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1 c almond milk or milk of choice i used 1%1/2 c light coconut milk or you can just use the same as you did . I used 1% again.1/4 c unsweetened apple sauce1/2 cup of egg whites1 apple cord and peeled and cut into 1/2" pieces1/4-1/2 cup raisins i didn't useoptional: nuts i didn't use either.
Directions
preheat oven to 350
in bowl mix together oats,brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In seperate bowl mix together milk applesauce and egg whites.
Add wet ingredients to the oat mixture and mix until combined. Carefully fold in apple pieces and raisins.
In prepared cupcake pan fill each cup 3/4 full. Bake 30-40 min or until the tops are browned and middle is cooked through.
Remove and let cool for 10 min before transering to cooling rack.
