Undone Stuffed Pepper Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef2 large sweet bell peppers, coarsely chopped1 Tbsp minced garlic 2 cups cooked white rice1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce1.5 cups shredded Italian cheese blend1 tbsp Italian seasoningsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
*Brown beef in large skillet with peppers, onion, garlic, and spices; Drain. Stir in rice, spaghetti sauce, and 3/4c cheese.
*Spoon into 9x13 dish, top with remaining cheese.
*Bake 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
Divide into 8 servings.
