Ginger Chutney

Ingredients
250 g Ginger150 g garlic2 tbsp mustard seeds1 tsp chili powder˝ tsp salt60 g brown sugar125 ml vinegar 60 ml water
Directions
Peel the ginger and chop it very fine.
Peel garlick and press through garlic press.
Add all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil.
Boil under constant stiring till all the juice is reduced..
Fill in glasses with a twist in lit.
