Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
2 mangos peeled and diced1/2 cup fat fee half and half1 cup skim mik3cups ice
Directions
In the blender add skim milk, half and half ice and mango. Blend until smooth. Add enough ice to make 8 cups.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings.
