Spinach & Mushroom Omelette Bagel

Ingredients
Olive OilFresh SpinachMushroomOnionGarlicEgg SubstituteCheddar Cheese (optional)TomatoBagelCream Cheese
Directions
In a skillet, cook chopped spinach, chopped mushroom, chopped garlic and onion until tender. Add egg. Add cheese before folding if desired.

Toast bagel halves and spread with cream cheese.

Cut omelette in half and set on each bagel half. Top each with a slice of tomato and enjoy!
