Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 170 gramsOnions, raw, 70 grams, chopsBalsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp(remove)Knorr Peperoncino Sauce (per 100g), 15 gram(s)Garlic, 2 clove, mincedPeas, frozen, 0.5 cupPotato, raw, 1 small, diced (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)Apricots, fresh, 75 grams, choppedWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Thai 7 Spice shake mixture, 1 teaspoonsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook all ingredients together till most of the liquid has evaporated and the beef, potato, apricots, peas and onions are cooked.
