Flat Bread Vegetarian Pizza

Ingredients
1 wholewheat pita (6-1/2" diameter)1/4 cup Ragu Spagetti Sauce (tomato sauce)2 tbs Mozzarella Cheese Part Skim1 Slice Chopped Onion1/2 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper1/2 cup Chopped Green Bell PepperSprinkle of Cracked Black Pepper & Herbs to taste
Directions
1. Put Flatbread on alfoil in tray( easier removal)
2.Spread over Tomato sauce ( to 1/2" from edge)
3. Sprinkle on herbs and or black pepper to taste
4. Sprinkle over Mozzarella (to 1/2" from edge)
5. Top with mixed red and green Bell Peppers
6.Lastly sprinkle on chopped onion.
Cook on oven top shelf 450deg for 5-7mins (ready as soon as the edge starts to curl or brown).
Serve with 2 cups of mixed salad greens.

Enough for two at 198 cals each or 395.5 if you really have the serious munchies like me...grins!
