Yummy Honey Crepe Shells

Ingredients
6 T melted butter1 1/2 c milk6 eggs1 1/2 c flour6 pinches of salt6 T honey
Directions
Mix in blender or food processor. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.

Heat pan and pour small amount of batter (1/24th, approx 1/4 cup) into pan.

Swirl pan to distribute evenly.

After a few minutes and edges of crepe begin to dry, use spatula to loosen edges of crepe.

Carefully flip crepe and cook opposite side for a minute or until cooked through and slightly golden.

Remove from pan and repeat.

Crepes may be frozen in between layers of paper towel and sealed in zipper-top bag or resealable container.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 2 dozen crepes.
