Turkey Shami Kebobs

Ingredients
1/2 lb ground turkey 93% lean1/2 small onion, chopped1 medium green chile, finely chopped2 T. cilantro leaves, chopped1 t. chile powder1/2 t. garam masalasalt to taste1/2 lg. egg, lightly beaten
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Knead like dough, then let rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Mold mixture into patties about 1/4" thick and 2" diameter.
Preheat a hot griddle on stove top and cook 3-5 minutes a side in as little oil as needed.
