Garlic SaltPepper2 scallions (chopped)1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)1/4 milk1/4 red wine4 pork chops
Season pork with garlic salt, pepper, and 1 drop of worcestershire sauce on each side. Place pork chops in a cold pan, cook 15 minutes on low heat. Turn over and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Add scallions and cook for 5 more minutes. Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl and pour into pan. Scrape bottom of pan. Simmer pork chops for about an hour and a half or until tender. Serve over rice.
