HH Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
1/4 cup Almond Breeze Original Almond Milk1/4 tsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar1 15-oz can of 100% canned Pumpkin2 Tbsp pure maple syrup1 tsp vanilla extract2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice2 cups Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 F, and spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray

Wisk almond milk with apple cider vinegar (I shake mine in a small jar)

Cream pumpkin, sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla together in a small bowl

Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and wisk to combine

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined

Pour into a loaf pan and use rubber spatula to smooth out evenly

Tent a piece of foil over the loaf pan

Bake for one hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean

Cool before slicing
