MEATLOAF-GROUND BEEF AND REDUCED FAT PORK

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 largeBread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .75 cupCelery, raw, 1 cup, dicedOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGROUND PORK-REDUCED FAT, 16 ozGROUND BEEF 80/20, 16 ozSeasonings of your choice to taste.
Directions
Mix beef and Pork together, add eggs and mix. Add remainder of ingredients and mix together. Add any seasonings to taste.

Heat over to 350 degrees.

Place in a loaf pan and cover w/foil. Bake for 60 minutes, remove foil and bake for another 15-30 minutes. NOTE: You may have to pour off some fat when you remove the foil--Be careful-fat will be very hot!!
