Black Bean Burger

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1 16 oz can black beans3 Tbsp barbeque sauce
Directions
Mash beans lightly and mix together with beef and barbeque sauce. Form into patties and grill as you would a regular hamburger. For an excellent added flair, top with your favorite salsa. To make cheese black bean burgers, add 2% cheddar about 90 seconds before end of grilling. (Cheese and salsa not included in nutrional info).
