Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Roll up1/2 cup pasta sauce1/4 cup light mozzarella shredded cheese1/4 cup sliced mushrooms (more if you want)1 tsp olive oilgarlic/salt to taste
Directions
Perfect alternative to pizza!

Pre-heat over to 350.
Place flat out on a baking pan and brush 1tsp oil over the bread
Bake for 5 minutes

Take it out and add spread pasta sauce, mushrooms and sprinkle cheese over the top. Top off with some garlic salt and pepper.

Bake for another 10 minutes or less if you don't want it as crispy.

Perfect lunch option for 1, or would make a good appetizer for 2.
