This is a great recipe I use both chia seeds & flax seeds & wheat germ I don’t use fake sugar.I use about ¼ - ½ tsp of maple syrup to counteract the bitterness of the Greek plain yogurt . Then I use either fresh fruit or canned fruit in light syrup. And sometimes ½ tsp orange marmalade - 3/1/20

I really like this and all the variations you can do with fruit. Did an orange one with Mandarin oranges. I use a fewer chia seeds-1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon. Makes a good snack as well. Nice and cool on these hot summer days. - 7/25/16

Liked this very much. I added raisins and a bit of honey. I also microwave enough to take the cold off. - 3/18/16
