in the morning, heat 1 thb of sesame oil in a pan and add spice powders. Note that lemon pepper is a great salt surrogate without the sodium. Mix and heat on medium burner til fragrant (not burning).Remove pan from heat and add plain Greek yogurt, stirring til mixed. In a 3 lb covered solar cook pot (or your crock pot) place the skinned (lower fat, higher tastiness) and pour the yogurt mix over them, stir to cover.In your solar oven, cook for 2 hours, or in your crock pot, about 2.5 hours.What a great way to minimize the heat build up in your kitchen. If you have a solar oven you can never burn these meals as well.
