-1/4 C whole grain rolled oats-1 Tbsp golden flaxseed (or ground flaxseed meal)-1 scoop vanilla protein powder (this recipe uses Smoothie King vanilla Gladiator protein powder)-1 packet Truvia (zero calorie stevia sweetener)-1 C fresh baby spinach-1 medium fresh banana-1 C fresh blueberries-1/2 C Greek vanilla bean yogurt -1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk -2 tsp vanilla extract-7-8 handfuls of ice, if desired
Blend oats, flaxseeds, and protein powder to a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients plus 7-8 handfuls of ice, if desired.
