Apple Crisp

Ingredients
4 medium apples, peeled and sliced1 cup flour1 cup sugar1/2 cup butter - room temperaturecinnamon - sprinkled over apples to your taste
Directions
Peel and slice apples. Place in ungreased 9x9 baking dish. Mix flour and sugar with room temperature butter in a mixing bowl until a nice crumbly mixture forms. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top of the apples before evenly spreading the flour/sugar/butter mix over top of them. Bake approximately 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven, or until topping is golden brown.

Serving Size: makes nine 3x3 inch pieces
