Ingredients
Albacore Tuna in Water, 1 canMixed Greens & Spinach salad (Wild Harvest), 6 cupsMezetta Sliced Mild Pepper Rings, 8-10 ringsChopped Baby Carrots, 1/3 cups1 Lemon, juiced over the salad
Directions
Combine and juice lemon over the top. You can add avocado, pepper, tomatoes, whatever you have in the fridge that's healthy!

Serving Size: There are 3 servings of tuna in this, so split it however you want - I usually just eat the whole thing for dinner!
