Nancy's easy vegan Blueberry Cobbler

whole wheat flour, (vegan) sugar, soy- or almond milk, smart or Earth Balance spread, baking powder, frozen blueberries.
Preheat oven to 350 F. While preheating the oven, place a 1 or 1.5 quart casserole type dish in the oven with the 2 Tbsp Smart (or Earth) Balance.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, 1.5 tsp baking powder and plant milk. Stir until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter over the melted 'butter' in the casserole dish. Sprinkle blueberries on top.
Bake the cobbler for 40-45 minutes until top is lightly browned.
Serve warm!
