Buffalo Chicken Bites with homemade Ranch dipping sauce

2 Chicken Breasts, cut in strips1 Egg 1 Egg white 1 Cup flour 1 Cup seasoned bread crumbs 2 Tbsp butter, salted, more or less to taste1/3 cup Frank's Hot Sauce, more or less to tasteCooking Spray For the Ranch dipping sauce: 1 cup greek yogurt, plain 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch 1/2 cup 1% milk
Whisk all ingredients for the ranch dipping sauce. Store in container up to an hour before serving.
Preheat oven to 425.Cut up chicken in large strips. Set up different stations for flour, whisked egg & egg white and bread crumbs. Dredge chicken first in flour, egg then breadcrumbs. Lay out on sprayed cookie sheet. Spray once more on top with cooking spray
Cook for 20 minutes.
During the last 5 minutes of cooking, melt butter in microwave safe bowl, add hot sauce. When chicken is done dredge in hot sauce and put back on sheet. Broil for 2-3 minutes.
Serving Size: 15 nuggets
