Peach Crisp Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk or soy milk1/2 cup dry oats1 tbsp lowfat plain yogurt, Greek1 tbsp honey1/4 tsp vanilla extract1/2 medium peach
Directions
Heat milk over medium heat on stove til boils. Stir in oats, reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey, almond extract stir until blended. Wash peach, remove pit, and cut peach into thin slices. When oatmeal is thickened, remove from heat. Stir in yogurt mixture. Next add peach slices.
