Turkey Chili, taken from The Comfort Food Diet 2009

Ingredients
2/3 c chopped onion1/2 c chopped green pepper1-1/2 t dried oregano2 garlic cloves, minced1 t ground cumin1 t olive oil1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 can (15-1/2 oz) great northern beans or black beans, rinsed and drained1 can (15 oz) pumpkin1 can (14-1/2 oz) chicken broth1/2 c water2 T brown sugar2 T chili powder1/2 t black pepper3 c cubed cooked turkey breast
Directions
In large saucepan, saute the onion, pepper, oregano, garlic and cumin in olive oil until vegetables are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hr.
