Evie's Red pepper Tomatoe soup

Ingredients
2 Red peppers4 med tomatoes1 onion2 cloves of galic1 container of veg broth1 cup of pasta noodles (macaroni-fusilli)
Directions
Coarsely chop first 4 ingredients. Mix with veg oil and broil for 30mins or until soft. Put half veg in blender with half veg broth and mix. Do the same with the rest of the veg and broth. Pour into pot and add noodles and bring to a boil and cook until noodles are done.
