Pepperoni Pizza Pita

Ingredients
*Kangaroo Pita Pocket Bread(1/2 pita), 1 serving *Trader Joe's Organic Diced Vine-Ripened Tomatoes in Tomato Juice (130g), 0.5 cup *Trader Joe's Light String Cheese Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, 1 oz *Light Life Smart Deli Pepperoni - 13 slices, 1 serving *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Separate pita. Drizzle one side with olive oil. Spread tomatoes over open pita.Using a small handheld cheese shredder, shred half of cheese stick over tomatoes. Arrange pepperoni over cheese. Shred last half of cheese stick on top of pepperoni.

Set close under 500 degree broiler. Broil until cheese bubbles and is lightly golden, about five minutes.
