Protein Filled Orange Julius

Ingredients
8 oz trop 50 oj ice cubes1 banana1 tsp almond extract2 tbl egg white powder2 tbl powdered sugar8 oz lowfat milk or milk subsitute
Directions
As long as you have the oj cubes frozen ahead of time you are good to go. Combine all ingredients in the blender and whip. I usually add the banana first, oj cubes, milk, sugar, egg white powder, and almond extract. If you don't have the oj frozen just add a few ice cubes.
