Cherry crepes

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 largeMilk, nonfat, 1 cup*Flour, white, 1 cupLite Cherry Pie Filling (1 can 20 oz)
Directions
Beat eggs and milk together. Beat in flour slowly. Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls into hot small nonstick pan (one at a time). Cook until bubbles form on one side. Flip and cook for 30 seconds. Fill each each crepe with 2 tablespoons of pie filling. Makes 10 crepes.
