Gluten free, egg free, dairy free pancakes

Ingredients
3 tbsp flax meal2 tbsp cornstarch.5 cup tapioca starch/flour.5 cup (Sweet White) Sorghum Flour.5 cup oat flour.5 cup brown rice flour.5 tsp salt1 tsp Baking Powder.25 tsp Baking Soda2 tbsp Sugar1 cup Soy Milk.5 cup rice milk3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients until well blended (don't worry about over blending, since there is no gluten!).

I like to fry these in bacon grease, but cooking spray or butter would work just as well. Enjoy!
