Slow Cooker Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
6 bell peppers1 cup cooked brown rice1 can diced tomatoes, no salt added2- 6oz cans tomato sauce1lb to 1.5lbs of Extra lean ground beef (93% or above)1 medium onion, diced1 can dark red kidney beans, reduced sodium, rinsed1.5 cups of reduced fat cheese1 Can reduced sodium corn
Directions
de-seed bell peppers and rinse them
Precook rice and ground beef
Add all ingredients but the peppers to a bowl
Stir well
Then add oregano, mrs. dash Italian melody and pepper, stir well again
Add and stuff the peppers full
add to slow cooker the stuffed peppers
Pour remaining ingredients over top of the peppers

Serving Size: 12 huge servings! Each pepper could be cut in half
