Summer Salad with Green Goddess Dressing

1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt1/4 cup canola mayonnaise1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped2 scallions, coarsely chopped1 clove garlic1 tablespoon white wine vinegar1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon1/8 teaspoon salt1 package (7 ounces) mixed salad greens1 cup grape tomatoes, halved1 cucumber, peeled, halved, seeded, and sliced
1. Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, scallions, garlic, vinegar, tarragon, and salt in a blender or a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until smooth.
2. Combine the greens, tomato, and cucumber in a large bowl. Toss with the dressing.
