Southwestern Chicken in the slow cooker

Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cookYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernelsBeans, black, 1.5 cup*Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (canned) 2.5 srv - Rotel, 2.5 servingSwanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1.5 cup*Onion powder, 1 tbsp*Cumin seed, 1 tbspChipotle pepper seasoning, 1 tsp
Directions
De bone chicken thighs (or use breasts)
Add all ingredients into slow cooker
Cook on low for 9 hours or high for 6 hours
Shred chicken with forks
Cook for 1 additional hour on low or half hour on high

Serve over rice or on tortilla
