Baked Pasta

Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean ground beef1 jar spaghetti sauce, like Emeril's Kicked Up1 cup cottage cheese1 pound pasta -- rigatoni, macaroni, or other tube pasta1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded1/4 cup Romano or Parmesan cheese
Directions
Boil water and cook pasta. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef; drain and blot to cut out grease. Add sauce, cottage cheese and cooked pasta to the beef and mix well. Pour mixture into 9X13 dish and top with mozzarella and Romano or Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
