mushroom soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp oil16 oz sliced mushrooms1 diced onoin1 tablespoon garlic32 oz vegetable broth1/2 cup almond milk(can use dairy milk)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
sautee onions in oil about 2-3 min.
add garlic, mushrooms, broth, salt and pepper.
cook for about 20 min.
add milk and puree soup
enjoy
