Publix Apple Cinnamon Walnut Loaf

Ingredients
1 (6 oz) bag shelled walnuts3 Tbsp milk6 Tbsp milk6 Tbsp butter3/4 c sugar2 eggs1 3/4 c all-purpose flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 twp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1 c chunky applesauce1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Grease and flour 9- x 5-inch loaf pan. chop walnuts coarsely; set aside. Beat milk, butter, and sugar in medium bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda; gradually add to butter mixture, stirring until blended. Stir in applesauce, cinnamon, and walnuts until well blended; pour batter into loaf pan.

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pan, and cool on wire rack. Wrap with foil and store at room temperature.
