Slow Cooker Curry

Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes- 1 cup of baby carrots- I pkg of chicken (raw strips from breast)- I cup of Lentils- Curry Powder- Cumin Powder- Garam Masala Powder- Ground Tumeric- Chicken or Vegetable Browth- Chilli Powder (optional)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and heat on medium or high overnight
- Always add more cumin and curry powder than the garam or tumeric
- In the morning take a handheld immersion blender and pulse blend for a couple seconds 5-10 times to increase thinkness!
