1# ground venison 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup corn ( frozen) 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt 2 cans stewed tomatoes 1 cup instant brown rice garlic-chopped sea salt pepper
brown ground venison while venison is cooking, microwave instant brown rice add chopped celery and garlic into venison stirring untill celery is tender add tomatoes,corn and cooked rice- let simmer about 5 minutes. add plain fat free yogurt season to taste. makes 8 servings
