Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 48 oz (2.5 pounds)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Any color bell pepper, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Salsa Lizano, 2 tbsp.
    Soy Sauce, 1/2 tbsp
    Potato, raw, chopped, 6 medium
    *Cumin seed, 1/2 tsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves chopped
    1/2 cup of water

Directions

1. Brown ground beef and drain off fat.
2. Add onions, peppers, spices, and condiments. Let cook for about two minutes.
3. Add chopped potatoes and water.
4. Cover and let cook for about twenty minutes on medium to low heat.

Optional ingredients: a bag of frozen mixed vegetables and/or 1 can of tomato sauce.
