Crock-pot Chicken Pastini Soup

Ingredients
4 cups of Chicken Broth low sodium1 cup Spinach, fresh4 cups Water1 cup Green beans fresh or canned1 cup Carrots chopped4 Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 tbsp Dill weed1 tbsp Lemon Peel1 tsp Salt1 tbsp Pepper, black1.5 cups Pasta, Pastini
Directions
Pour in 4 cups of low sodium chicken broth and 4 cups of water into your slow cooker. Add 1 cup of carrots and 4 skinless chicken breast. Add Lemon Peel ,salt and pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours. 20 mins. before you are ready to serve add Pastini, green beans and dill. 5 mins. before serving add fresh spinach until it wilts and once that is done soup should be ready to serve.
