Fresh Tomatoe Soup

Ingredients
8 medium tomatoes1 medium onion2 carrots1 clove garlic1 TBSP Splenda brown sugar1 TBSP Basil2 tsp worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper3 cups chicken broth or bouillon
Directions
drop tomatoes ina pan of boiling water for 20-30 seconds. immediately rinse in cold water or an ice bath. remove skins and cut in half and squeeze out seeds.
combine in pot with the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2-4 hours or until carrots and onion are soft. blend all in blender.
