V8 Juice - Low sodium cansOrganic Vegetable BrothCarrots - ChoppedOnions - Diced Kale - Torn by hand into smaller piecesHursts HamBeen 15 Bean soup - I use just the beans and not the ham "flavor" packet
Directions
I usually just throw everything into the crockpot over night on the longest time/low-med heat.
