Ingredients
VitaSource Whey, 2 serving Kale, .5 cup, chopped (fresh or frozen) Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 cup, Banana, frozen, .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices *Coconut Water, 1 cup *Flaxseed - Bobs Red Mill - whole ground flaxseed meal, 1 tbsp Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, .5 serving Pears, fresh, .25 cup slices
Directions
