Easy Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
1 large egg1/2 cup Fat Free Miracle Whip dressing1 1/3 cups mashed, fully ripe bananas (about 3)1 1/2 cups flour1 cup sugar1/2 cup chopped walnuts1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt
Directions
Heat oven to 350 F.
Beat egg, dressing and bananas in large bowl with whisk until well blended.
Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl.
Add to banana mixture: stir just until moistened
Pour into greased 9x5 in. loaf pan
Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes (if you can wait that long) and enjoy!
