Pesto Vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 cups fresh basil6 cloves fresh garlic, minced1 cup fresh parmesan1/4 cup red wine vinegar1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes1 cup olive oilsalt and pepper
Directions
Pulse first five ingredients in a food processor or blender. Slowly add oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Keeps in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
