Walnut vinaigrette

Ingredients
Walnut Oil, 6 tbspBalsamic Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp Shallots, 4 tbsp chopped Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Frenches dijon mustard, 1 tsp
Directions
Dice the shallot and a little salt and let sit for 10 mins.
The longer the better.The shallot will get sweeter the longer you let it sit.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir/shake until combined.

Pairs well with Arugula, Spinach, or Spring mix

Serving Size: makes 1/2 cup
