Directions
Make a rou with 1/2 stick of butter and a cup of flour. Melt butter in a large sauce pot and add flour, cook for 5-10 minutes untill flour is cooked through. add 1 1/2 cups of milk as wisk untill smooth, add salt and pepper and cook until thinkend. add more milk if nessisary.temper 1 egg yolk and add to sauce.
In a seperate bowl, add sheredded cheese and grated onion to white sauce with pasta of your choice. in baking dish bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 min untilkl cheese in 100% melted and golden brown.
