Beef Chilli with Green Lentils and Kidney Beans

Ingredients
500g Lean Minced Beef such as Angus Beef1 Can of Chopped Tomatoes1 Can of Green Lentils (drained and rinsed)1 Can of Kidney Beans in Hot Sauce (If only ordinary kidney beans are available add a dash of hot pepper sauce such as Franks Red Hot Sauce)1 Packet of Chilli Con Carne Mix1 Beef Oxo Cube (beef stock cube)2 tablespoons chopped corriander/cilantro100ml Hot WaterSpray One Calorie Oil
Directions
1. Heat pan over medium heat and spray with cooking oil. Add beef, crumble in oxo/stock cube and brown for about 4 - 5 mins. Remove the pan from the heat and drain off the juices.
2. Return pan to heat and add the packet of chilli mix. Stir well to coat the beef. Then add the tomatoes, lentils and kidney beans. Stir well.
3. Add the water to the pan, bring to the boil and simmer for about 20 - 25 mins. If the mixture looks like it's drying out add more water.
4. Add the chopped corriander/cilantro and serve.
