Ingredients
2 cups cooked navy beanshalf cup each of onion, celery, and carrothalf cup dominican sofritohalf cup cooked mushrooms16 grape tomatoes4-6 cups waterbay leafsalt and pepper to tastesiracha to taste
Directions
Saute the veggies in sofrito and add beans. cover with water, bay leaf, and salt and pepper. cook for 40 minutes. add siracha sauce to taste
