2 cups white grape juice or apple juice2 cups water1 1/3 cups dry organic steel cut oats
Bring juice and water to a boil and add steel cut oats and stir. Lower heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. I sprinkle mine with a little cinnamon and a little unsweetened soy milk.
